The hotel was in a good location and was presented very well, 10mins to Oxford street & Covent Gardens. The room was excellent, Four poster. The decor was very nice, room clean, fresh fruit. The staff were very friendly & helpfull. The breakfast was very nice, PS lot of choice for Malts & the courtesy drink cabinet, nice touch. well worth the stay, will definately go back.

Generally the hotel was of a good standard. The location was excellent and the standard of service, especially from the night porters and breakfast waiters, was superb. For a weekend in London £70 a night for a double room is a good price. However, I do have a few of points that potential bookers should be aware of. We ordered a double room which was two single beds pushed together – I found this unacceptable and uncomfortable so be sure to make clear of what bed you require when you book. Secondly, the continental breakfast was of a very poor standard, in fact one of the worst I have ever seen. Although it was inclusive of our price it would cost an £13 if not inclusive – I would have not been worth £3. Finally it was suggested the breakfast was not inclusive when we arrived. Fortunately I took all of the relevant paperwork which I strongly suggest all future occupants should do. In conclusion, if you clarify all these points when booking it will be an enjoyable stay for a very good price, however I will try an alternative hotel on my next visit.
